Customer Service Enhancements

We are pleased to announce two customer service enhancements to make your Bearingstar Insurance experience even more convenient.

Bearingstar Mobile Site
Quick access to important information is now available through your Smartphone by simply searching bearingstar.com. The new mobile site will allow you to FIND YOUR AGENT, REPORT A CLAIM, PAY YOUR BILL and see OUR LOCATIONS. By bookmarking this on your Smartphone, you will always have our contact information at the touch of a fingertip, especially in an emergency situation such as an auto accident or power outage, where landlines and home electrical service may be interrupted. Take a look at the mobile site by again searching bearingstar.com from your Smartphone.

Transaction Fee Waived
There’s no longer a $3.50 “transaction fee” assessed to Arbella policyholders who post their payment on-line or pay-by-phone. In addition to calling a local office to pay your bill, you can post Arbella payments by visiting www.arbella.com and selecting PAY YOUR BILL or by calling 1-800-999-0292. Depending on how you wish to pay, please have a copy of your most recent bill and policy number, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) account number, or checking account number and bank routing number.
